Lucy Pitcairn-Knowles
Having had a lifetime passion for sport and outdoor activities along with a determined dedication to improving my own athletic performance, I recently qualified as a Personal Trainer and Gym Instructor.
I am also a qualified England Athletics Coach in Endurance Running and a volunteer coach at Tonbridge Athletics Club. I started competing in road races and triathlons as a 35yr old (later in life) and focused my general training on the 3 disciplines of triathlon. My love of Cross Country competitions started when my children joined Tonbridge Athletics Club. I have competed in Kent Leagues, National Cross Country and Road Running events. As a National Gold Medalist for 10k Road running (in my age category) I know first hand that it is never too late to get fit and have a goal.
I have extensive experience and knowledge of the importance of structured training and ensuring an athlete trains safely and progressively. Clients can be assured of a ‘Complete Development Program’, no matter their goals or starting point.
