I have a garden gym at my home, I also use The HUB, Springbank Clinic, Sevenoaks, or I meet clients in public outdoor ie parks and sports fields.

All packages are based on one-to-one training, with my programs tailored to your body’s needs and your fitness goals.

 

Kick start

8 training sessions over 4 weeks

If you’re needing help to kick start your training or you feel you need some structured guidance to progress with your fitness then this short block of training sessions is for you.

The first session is establishing your current fitness level. A full-body postural analysis is taken and a fitness assessment carried out. Nutritional guidance over the duration of the sessions is optional. Training ideally twice a week over 4 weeks.

You will achieve better strength and cardio. You’ll learn to train more effectively with the use of weights and resistance bands and build up a repertoire of exercises through the HIIT and Circuit classes which are structured for dynamic training.

At the end of 8 sessions together we analyse and breakdown your improvements over the course of the training sessions.

Afterwards, you may wish to continue with maintenance sessions weekly or fortnightly or team up with a friend and have a reduced rate.

12 training sessions over 4-5 weeks

Are you coming back to training after a spell away from your usual fitness regime? Perhaps you have decided to get fitter because you have more time or it’s top of your agenda and you have a new goal. These 12 sessions would be a ‘Power up’ to set you going.

Session 1 establishes your current fitness level. A full-body postural analysis is taken and a fitness assessment carried out. Nutritional guidance over the duration of the sessions is optional. Aiming to train 3 times a week.

Focussing on power, strength, agility and cardio, you will gain confidence in your movements to work your body through effective motions to improve your all-round fitness. You will enjoy using the new-found power and strength from your training sessions and adapting it to other aspects of your life.

After 12 sessions an assessment of your improved fitness level is carried out and your training diary reviewed.

Follow up with 1:1 sessions regularly or join a group class when they are next available.

Restart or start from scratch. Have you been thinking about your fitness level and been contemplating joining a gym but have reservations? Have you been injured or unwell and feel that you’re ready to start a fitness program? Perhaps you need is a solid start to a fitness routine and program tailored for you?

Training ideally 3 times a week. A full body and postural analysis are taken. I offer a body development and nutritional guidance plan along with a training diary to work. The aim is to reduce body fat, tone up and strengthen your muscles over the course of 3-4 months.

A gradual building up of cardiovascular ability using various methods ie treadmill, rowing or static bike is important at this initial stage. I use free weights and resistance bands for your strength exercises and range of drills to improve your agility, flexibility and power. An assessment is carried out during each training session.

Together we work through the training diary over the 16 sessions and complete an assessment at the end where your progress can reviewed and discussed.

What next?

After completing a full training plan and you would like to carry on with training sessions to support to your fitness routine, I offer training at a reduced hourly rate to that of your training plan and this can be discussed.
